I want to thank the HOA for notifying residents about yard and landscaping issues.

It is a thankless job and can always be done better.

Issues seam to be parking vehicles and architectural issues. I think we should have standards for all

Items affecting homeowners. I think voting for replacement Roof tiles (we cannot get the tiles anymore).

Paint schemes, parking areas (why it is ok to park on concrete or pavers but not gravel?) and all other architectural issues.
